How to Make Oat Flour and Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)
  • use certified gluten free oats as needed

Instructions
 

  • Measure out 2 cups rolled oats into a blender or food processor. Blend until a meal is formed but don't over blend because the heat will make the oats stick together.
  • Transfer oatmeal to an airtight container, preferably a mason jar. Store short term in a pantry or more long term in the fridge for freshness.
