Ingredients
  

Refined-Sugar Free Option

  • 1 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 ½ teaspoon maple syrup can use pure honey also

With Refined Sugar

  • 1 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup blended white sugar to make fine. Or use powdered sugar
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • If using refined sugar blend it to make it a fine powder (more of a caster sugar), or use powdered sugar.
  • Combine all ingredients until smooth. Use inside crepe and/or on top. Goes well with both sweet and savory crepes because it's not very sweet at all.
