Homemade Squeeze Pouch Fruit and Veggie

- 1 medium sweet potato (once baked you'll use ½ cup)
- ¾ cup sliced carrots (they will cook down and you'll want ½ cup steamed)
- 4 cups chopped apples (unpeeled)
- 6 tablespoon water divided (for steaming apples and carrots)
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup cold water (for blending)
Blending All Together
In a blender add ½ cup of mashed baked sweet potato, ½ cup steamed carrots, and all of the cooked apples including the juice.
Add ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and ¾ cup cold water.
Blend all until smooth. Transfer puree to the fridge to chill before eating.
Options to use this puree in a reusable squeeze pouch for kids and adults, eat it with a spoon like applesauce, or drink it with a straw like a smoothie!
