Recipes with Greek Yogurt
If you start looking through my recipes it will become apparent that I love to use Greek yogurt! I find that it's a great way to add more protein into our meals, it makes a wonderful substitute for sour cream and mayonnaise, and it's awesome for thickening dishes! Don't forget baking with Greek yogurt. It adds incredible texture and richness that milk just can't do.
My favorite Greek yogurt to use is Fage plain yogurt (any percentage). I find that there isn't a huge difference in the thickness between the 0% and 5% full fat options. I've compared several other Greek yogurts (in the U.S.) and this is by far my favorite for texture, flavor (doesn't have a tangy bite like others do), and protein content!
